Promotion Period: June 15, 2026 – June 21, 2026
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS
SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE
PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. SPONSOR
Albatross Reserve ("Sponsor"), albreserve.com. Questions may be directed to the Sponsor via the
contact page at albreserve.com/pages/contact.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Albatross Reserve Rangefinder Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Albatross Reserve, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion
agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of each such employee, officer, or director are not eligible to enter or win.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on June 15, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on
June 22, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER
During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals may obtain one (1) entry via either of the following methods:
Method A – Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Visit albreserve.com and complete the email sign-up form with a valid email address. Submission of the completed form constitutes one (1) entry.
Method B – Purchase Entry: Make a qualifying purchase at albreserve.com during the Promotion Period.
One (1) entry will be awarded per transaction, regardless of purchase amount.
LIMIT: One (1) entry per person, per household, for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. If duplicate entries are detected from the same person or household, all duplicate entries will be disqualified and only the first valid entry will be retained. Automated, robotic, programmatic, or any other form of mass-entry mechanism is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
5. PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) rangefinder (approximate retail value "ARV": $300.00
USD). No cash or other substitution of the prize is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. All other expenses not specifically listed herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Total ARV of all prizes: $300.00 USD.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
On or about June 16, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its authorized representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at the time of entry. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, or if the potential winner fails to respond within the time specified, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Receipt of the prize is contingent upon verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
By entering, each entrant agrees to: (a) be bound by these Official Rules; (b) the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects; and (c) release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, and
expenses arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if in its judgment a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, technical failure, or other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such event, the Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize by random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received to
the point of cancellation or modification.
The Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, or stolen entries; for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; for technical failures of any kind; for any damage to any computer system resulting from participating in or accessing or downloading information in connection with this Sweepstakes; for any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; or for any combination of the above.
9. PRIVACY
Information provided by entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at albreserve.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, each entrant consents to the collection and use of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner's consent to the Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
11. DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action lawsuit, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the Sponsor's principal place of business; (b) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement, and all proceedings at such arbitration; (c) judgment upon such arbitration award may be
entered in any court having jurisdiction; (d) to the extent permitted by applicable law, any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual third-party, out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (e) to the extent permitted by applicable law, entrant waives any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; and further waives any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. The
laws of the State where the Sponsor is domiciled govern this Sweepstakes.

EACH ENTRANT RELEASES META PLATFORMS, INC., GOOGLE LLC, AND ANY OTHER
APPLICABLE SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR

JURISDICTION WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW WITHOUT PRIOR REGISTRATION. IT IS EACH

These Official Rules are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any disputes regarding the interpretation of these Official Rules shall be resolved by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. The Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final.
