Shipping Policy

At Albatross Reserve, we're committed to delivering premium golf apparel and accessories as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality you expect. As a growing brand, every order is important to us, and we appreciate your patience and support.

Order Processing

  • Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
  • During new product launches, promotions, holidays, or giveaway events, processing times may extend to 5–10 business days due to increased order volume.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $95.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has shipped, estimated transit times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery estimates will vary based on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our facility. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label has been created.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to update it.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or rerouting. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Albatross Reserve is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Checking around your delivery location.
  • Asking neighbors or household members.
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly.

If you're still unable to locate your package, please contact us and we'll do everything we reasonably can to assist you.

International Shipping

International shipping availability, rates, duties, taxes, and import fees vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Multiple Shipments

To get your order to you as quickly as possible, items may occasionally ship separately. If this happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment at no additional cost.
